hich part of it would you be looking to simplify?
It's been 15 years since I've run it and 8 years since I've played it, so the details are hazy. I just remember being overwhelmed by a lot of it, but at the same time loving the idea of prestige classes and some part of me low-key hates 5E subclasses so romanticizes not having them.

There's the legal age and what age people start drinking.

We had seasoned drinkers at my school age 14 or 15. Beer gets sold in 24 packs so that's your booze for the night. Big drinkers can do 2.
