its kinda meaningless I suppose when they use charisma to cast spells? Being a persuasive person makes you good at learning spells and casting them? 5th ed commonly divorces rationals from the system. They simply want things to be a certain way and then leave it to us to try and imagine a reason for why it makes any sense.
