Between the last activity on the thread and now there has been a release called "Crests of Destiny" on DTRPG

Indeed! While Crests of Destiny are based on the Major Arcana / Fire Emblem: Three Houses, mechanically they offer a onboarding for Dragonmarks quite easily.

Just load up a Heritage Gift with traits from the dragonmark as appropraite. Probably gonna end up a little strong, so some mileage may vary.

Looks about right! (I think there is a typo in mark of detection tho!)
