I emailed backerkit, who then forwarded to the creators about whether any money from this crowdfund was going to Judges Guild. And also said if yes, I wouldn't back (and I REALLY WANT TO BACK).

No word back yet, hope to hear back by early next week 🤞 ; and hope the answer is the one I want to hear...

They said about two years ago that Jennell owned both of these adventures outright and she was the one who licensed sold them to Goodman. As I recall, the Bledsaws get nothing.

For volume two of the Judges Guild Deluxe Collectors Edition Jennell said they would get any money.

Not sure about these newer books, I think the situation is similar. I’m looking for a reference.

There was a lawsuit around the last social media explosion where the companies licensing were damaged and these things were settled. I am not sure if Goodman Games paid something to buy some titles outright or won them as damages. In theory something went to Judges Guild (at least in the past) but I doubt anyone wants to give them any money going forward. So at worst there is an indirect payment of money to them via past payments. I think if you search you might be able to find something.
