This has nothing to do with O5.5e. It's for Level Up.
Besides, LU's monster math and design seems much better than O5e's.

I don't see how what ENPublishing is doing has anything to do with WotC's plans. Level Up isn't dependent on WotC 5e.

So what? Does Level Up have to align with WotC 5e? I sure hope not. The things they do differently than WotC are most of my favorite parts of the game.
We'll be sharing monster lists later in the year, but right now we have Planestrider and Voidrunner to publicise. Don't worry we'll be promoting the heck out of this later.
