Couching it in "to the best of my awareness" when you have never even bothered to ask me is deliberately misleading. Speak only for yourself or for others who specifically ask you to. Do not ever speak for me.

Just like your letter you composed asking DMs Guild/Roll20 to unilaterally give you control of the project, you think you are acting on our behalf despite at least myself disagreeing with you at every turn of this mess. I really hope you have not insinuated to your lawyer that you speak on my behalf as well. You do not.

Andrew is not speaking of it publicly because he has wisely decided to only work with your lawyer to resolve the situation.

To everyone, keep in mind this is one side of the issue. It is unfortunate, but hopefully it can be resolved soon and a POD version in some form will be available at some point in the future.

As for Andrew not making public statements, one need only look at the Manual of the Planes 5e product page to see otherwise. He is saying things but refusing to actually disclose what he wants or intends to do.

If my lawyer informs me that giving full details would be the wise decision, I have a whole 15-page document written up (and fully verified by at least one other contributor) that details Andrew's actions in this project

What I don’t get or understand….if the pdf sales are split between the creators at an agreed upon %, then a POD option seems like it would benefit everyone if it’s again split at an agreed upon %. We may never know the behind the scene issues but money and the split tends to cause issues in all walks of life.
