so now that the kickstarter has been over for a little bit i figured i'd ask when will the pdfs be sent out?

Kickstarter should have everybody's pledge secured by or before the 11th. This week I'll be sending out the Backer Survey to get email addresses and shipping addresses, and I plan on putting all the final gears into motion on the Friday after next (November 11th).
