D&D (2024) To Revise or not to Revise: What to do about the other Subclasses?

So ... there are a lot of subclasses in 5e. And it's certainly possible to use older subclasses with the 2024 PHB classes. And for myself, I'm hoping to see new content after the 2024 Core books come out rather than just rehash and reprint previous material. But ... some subclasses didn't hit right, mechanically or flavour-wise. Certainly the XGE Sorcerer subclasses feel underpowered given the bonus spells that the others now get.

Therefore, I'm curious, which subclasses are ones you most want to see revised and reprinted in a future book?

Conversely, which subclasses should be left alone, either because it doesn't need revision or it's just a bad subclass you'd want forgotten?

You can squash Cavalier and Purple Dragon Knight together, and end up with a decent subclass.

You have Tempest Cleric on there twice - I assume one was supposed to be Twilight Cleric (it's missing) but I'm not sure which

Argh, can't edit. The second Tempest should be Twilight, as it says it's from TCE - Tasha's Cauldron of Everything

I really like to see the purple dragon knight updated and were a bit sad, it didn't make it into the core book.

To answer the question I'd mostly want to focus on balance patches. So focus on the subclasses that are over or undertuned in their original versions; some stuff like the Rune Knight is already great as it is, and Fighters didn't change any of their subclass levels so it should work out of the box.

I feel like Grave Domain and Undead Patron are basically redos of the Death and Undying already.
