A magic item with a dimension within, you need to defeat it to be able to acquire the item. See the callout.

Do you know if Arcadia was print and PDF or only PDF, by chance? RPGgeek makes it look electronic-only, as far as I can tell: Arcadia (Issue 12 - Jan 2022)

Alas PDF only. Before the OGL fiasco I was hopeful for a collected edition, but now I'm not.
