Couldn't say, I only have the PDFs.

Drivethru has PODs for the individual sections but not the all in one PDF. For example see the 316-page Halls of Ardun Vul Volume 1.

As far as I am aware, they have only been available POD. If there was a print run, we (Compose Dream Games) would probably have some.

It's a fascinating huge book. The volume 4 alone is effectively a monster manual + new magic item and technological item compendium.
